The programme begins with a three-minute pitch and a presentation of a Business Model Canvas to an initial selection panel, which approves the launch of your initiative and allocates a budget to you.

After 12 months, you will present to Nicomatic’s Executive Committee for the final review. Possible outcomes include: the project being ‘killed’, a commercial launch (either within or outside Nicomatic), or the Exploration cycle being extended.
